Hosta 'Alleyne Cook'
 

This sport of H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina' was originated by Alleyne Cook of Vancouver, Canada and registered by D. Hodgson in 2003. The mound grows into a large size hosta about 22 inches high with a 42 inches width. Its blue-green foliage has a yellow marginal variegation. Its leaves are flat, slightly cupped and glaucous on top with petioles that have a yellow margin. Lavender flowers bloom from late July into August. It sets viable seeds.
