There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo, it appears to be a medium size hosta with dark green, pointed leaves. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Toyozo Nakayama of Japan. 

This hosta was found on Mt. Amakazari in Japan.
