Hosta 'Aurora Spokes'

This non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Russ O'Harra of Iowa. It is a small size plant which grows to about 6 inches in height with a spread of around 18 inches. The leaves are dark green in the center with a lighter green marginal variegation. They are slightly wavy and ovate to elliptic in shape.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...develops a very unusual combination of colors by late summer: medium green near the base of the blade, gradually fading to a washed-out, light green near the edge."

A cultivar by this name was listed on the Hosta Library.
