Hosta 'Baby Blanket'

Registered by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin  in 2020, this medium size (16 inches high by 46 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Sum of All' × H. 'Sum and Substance'. It has broadly ovate, greenish-yellow foliage that is slightly folded, slightly corrugated, slightly shiny on top and has a "velvety" smooth appearance. Pale lavender striped flowers with translucent margins bloom in July on scapes 18 to 24 inches tall.

The registration materials state: "...Low mound of huge velvety greenish-yellow leaves that cover the ground like a blanket."
