Hosta 'Baby Blue'

This slow growing, small size (6 inches high by 14 inches wide) cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Dr. Ralph (Herb) and Dorothy Benedict of Michigan and registered by Rod Kuenster of Iowa in 2010. It has blue-green foliage that is slightly shiny on top, slightly cupped and ovate with a tapered base. Near white, tubular flowers bloom from June into July. It sets seeds but their viability was not known at the time of registration.
