This non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Liberty Bell' from Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan. It grows into a medium size hosta about 16 inches high by 45 inches wide with an upright form. The leaves are green with a yellow to white marginal variegation and distinctly reddish petioles.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...differs from 'Liberty Bell' in having a solid-green center versus a somewhat streaked center for 'Liberty Bell'."
