This cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Pin Stripe Sister' which was registered in 2015 by Dr. Dick and Jane Ward of Bellville, Ohio. A large size hosta, the mound grows to about 26 inches in height with a spread of around 34 inches of dark green foliage which starts the season blue-green. The leaves are slightly rippled, nearly round, moderately wavy, moderately corrugated and dull on top. Pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers bloom from mid-June into July. It sets seeds but their viability was not known at the time of registration.
