Hosta 'Bill Meyer'
 

Registered by Franc Freeman of Iowa in 2011, this upright growing, medium size (13 inches high by 22 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. The leaves are slightly blue-green, broadly ovate, moderately flat, slightly rippled and slightly shiny on top. Bell shape flowers bloom from June into July on scapes about 22 inches tall.
 


 


This cultivar is named for fellow hybridizer, Bill Meyer of New Jersey.
