Originated by Rod Kuenster of Iowa, this non-registered cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a large size hosta with intensely blue-green foliage. The leaves are broadly ovate in shape and are moderately corrugated with an upright growth habit.

Rod is a collector of the hostas of Herb Benedict which, no doubt, includes his classic streaked plant, H. 'Dorothy Benedict' named for Herb's wife. We strongly suspect that this is the all-blue reversion sport of H. 'Dorothy Benedict'.
