introduced by
Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict in 1999. According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis
(2009), "As 'Blue Pebbles' matures, the leaf blade broadens
to a heart shape and the corrugation becomes more intense."
It forms a medium sized (14 inches high) mound and displays near white flowers in
late July.
