Hosta 'Blue Troll'

Robert Savory of Savory's Gardens in Minnesota registered this cultivar in 1973. It was listed as parentage unknown but The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009) says, "...most likely a 'Tokudama' seedling."

The medium size (15 inches high) mound of heavily corrugated foliage is a deep green-blue color. Near white flowers appear from late June into July.

The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009) states, "I have always admired the rich, deep blue foliage, accentuated by intense corrugation..."
