Hosta 'Blue Veil'
 

This cultivar was introduced by Paul Aden of New Yorkand was registered on his behalf by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2010. is a sport of H. 'Vicki  Aden'. The blue-green foliage has thick substance and forms a large size mound about 20 inches high with a spread of around 43 inches. Its leaves are moderately folded, slightly wavy, moderately corrugated, ovate, slightly cupped and shiny on top. Lavender, bell-shaped flowers with stripes bloom from mid-July into August. The originator of this plant is considered to be "unknown".
