This is called an H. kikutii yakusimensis-type plant which was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 1990 on behalf of the originator, George Schenk. The medium size plant has green foliage and bears pale lavender flowers in clusters from late August into September.

We wonder if this is a play on words about Noel Coward's play  and later, movie, "Blithe Spirit".
