This blue-green colored cultivar came from an open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Blue Cadet'. It was registered by Henry Weissenberger of New York in 1986. The miniature size mound is only 5 inches in height with a spread of about 14 inches. Lavender flowers bloom from late June into mid-July.
