Chet Tompkins of Oregon originated this cultivar of unidentified parentage which was registered on his behalf by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2002. This large size hosta is of the H. 'Sieboldiana'-type with blue-green foliage that changes to medium green as the season progresses. Its leaves are broadly oblong to ovate, heavily corrugated and have thick substance. Very pale lavender flowers bloom in July.
