Hosta 'Bruce's Blue'

This medium size (15 inches high by 45 inches wide) cultivar of unidentified parentage was registered by Briggs Nursery, Inc. of Massachusetts in 1991. The blue-green foliage is slightly wavy, slightly corrugated, ovate and has a thick bloom on the bottom. Pale lavender flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...has the look of a large Tardiana. It forms a fairly dense mound of bright blue foliage."
