Hosta 'Brutus Buckeye'

Originated by Van Wade of Ohio but registered in 2015 by Dr. Dick and Jane Ward on his behalf, this cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a giant size hosta about 28 inches high by 60 inches wide with medium green foliage. The leaves are broadly ovate, corrugated and dull on top. Tubular flowers bloom from June into July on 40 inch tall scapes followed by green seed pods.
