Hosta 'Buckaroo'

Registered by Mary Jo Duncan of Minnesota in 2014, this fast growing cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium size hosta about 12 inches high by 26 inches wide with medium green foliage. The leaves are heavily corrugated, deeply folded, slightly twisted, broadly ovate and slightly shiny on top. Tubular, striped flowers bloom from June into July on scapes up to 16 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...deeply corrugated, thick substance, corrugated leaves form a tight, slug resistant clump, leaves are like little scoops, abundant flowers..."
