This hosta appears on the Hosta Library website, It is a plant from Japan which may actually be H. longipes var. caduca (Saikoku Iwa Gibōshi). According to the picture, it seems to be a small size plant with narrow, green foliage which comes to a point and has slightly wavy margins. The petioles are a dark purplish-red in color.

Mikiko Lockwood in an article on The Hosta Library titled, A Little About Japanese Hosta Terms defines the term iwa as rock, Iwa Gibōshi or H. longipes.
