This large size (20 inches high by 26 inches wide) sport of H. 'Fired Up' was originated by Mark Zilis of Illinois and registered by Jim and Karen Schwarz of Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by Uniquely Hostas of Wisconsin) in 2014. The foliage is dark, blue gray with a pure white marginal variegation. Its leaves are lightly wavy, ovate and glaucous on top. Pale lavender, tubular flowers bloom from July into August. It sets viable seeds.
