This upright, giant size (30 inches high by 34 inches wide) sport of H. 'George W.' was originated by Jim Schwarz of Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by Uniquely Hostas of Wisconsin) registered by Karen Schwarz of Iowa in 2014. The dark green foliage is broadly ovate, heavily corrugated and shiny on top. Pale lavender, tubular flowers bloom from June into July. It sets seeds but their viability was not known at the time of registration.
