Hosta 'Chief Yellow Head'

We found this cultivar listed on the Hosta Lists website. It is on the Hosta Library as a non-registered hosta from Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio. It is probably part of his American Indian series of hosta. From the picture, it appears to be a medium to large plant with light green foliage.

According to Wikipedia, "William Yellowhead, or "Musquakie" or "Misquuckkey", as he was known in his own Ojibwe language was the "head chief" of the Chippaweans of Lakes Huron and Simcoe and leader of the Deer clan of that people from 1817 until his death in 1864."
