Originated by Volker Eschenbach of Planwerk Staudengärtnerei nursery in Germany, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. ‘Chiemsee Surprise'. A more stable hosta than the streaked mother plant, it has light green, narrow foliage with darker green streaks in the outside veins. Reminds the originator of H. 'Gold Standard' but with a darker middle.
