This non-registered
cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated in Japan. From the digital image we viewed, it appears to be a small size plant with
light green
foliage that has creamy white streaked
variegation. Mikiko Lockwood in an article on The Hosta Library titled,
A Little About Japanese Hosta Terms defines the term chirifu as speckled, mottled or overall variegated.
