Hosta 'Clifford's Broken Heart'

This sport of H. 'Loyalist' was registered by John Clifford of Michigan in 2000. The plant forms a medium size (12 inches high) mound of slightly wavy, slightly corrugated leaves. Its leaves are green with a wide, white marginal variegation. Pale lavender flowers bloom from June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...should be similar to 'Patriot' in many respects except for the green speckles in the white margin."
