This cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'Tokudama Aureonebulosa' × H. 'Lily Pad' was registered by Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2010. It is a medium size plant about 16 inches high by 32 inches wide with intense blue-green foliage which turns dark green by late summer. The leaves are heavily corrugated, broadly ovate, slightly wavy and have a glaucous bloom on top. Pale purple, funnel shape flowers bloom from June into July.
