Hosta 'Cupatini'

In 2009, Mark Zilis of Illinois registered this medium size (11 inches high by 16 inches wide) cultivar as a seedling of a golden yellow sport of H. 'Blue Dimples' × H. 'Shining Tot'. The leaves are medium blue-green, broadly ovate, deeply cupped, moderately corrugated and glaucous on top. Near white flowers bloom in August. It sets viable seeds.

From the Field Guide to Hostas by Mark Zilis (2014), "Other cultivars introduced from the same cross include 'Appletini', 'Azuretini' (blue), 'Bluetini' (blue), 'Bubbatini' (blue), 'Limetini' (gold in spring, then green), 'Martini' (medium green) and 'Saketini' (oddly colored leaves and closed flowers)."
