Registered by Dave Bowe of Ohio in 2020, this small size (7 inches high by 17 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Powderpuff' × H. 'Tot Tot'. It has blue-green foliage that is slightly rippled, slightly cupped, moderately folded and dull on top. Near white flowers bloom in July followed by seeds whose viability was unknown at the time of registration.

The registration materials state: "...Small blue with arrow shaped leaves in a tight clump.  Same leaf shape as H. 'Tot Tot' but larger...leaves change to dark blue-green over the season."
