We found this non-registered cultivar listed on the Hosta Lists website. It is a hybrid of H. 'Shining Spot' × H. 'More Elegant' originated by Jeff Moore of Wisconsin. From a picture on Pinterest, it appears to be a medium to large size hosta with blue-green foliage that has creamy white streaked variegation.

This is probably part of Jeff's State Park series of hostas since this is the name of a state park in Wisconsin.
