Hosta 'Diablo'

Jim and Meg Dalton of New York registered this cultivar of unidentified parentage in 2012. It grows into a large size hosta about 18 inches in height with a spread of around 38 inches.

The leaves are intensely blue-green, broadly ovate, moderately corrugated, moderately wavy and glaucous on top. Near white, bell-shaped flowers bloom from June into July. It sets seeds but the viability was not known as the time of registration.
