This cultivar was listed on the MyHostas Database website. Originated by Jeff Miller of Land of the Giants Hosta Farm in Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Hosta Society, this non-registered cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a large size, blue-green hosta with heavily corrugated, slightly cupped leaves.

This cultivar was named after the founder of Rotary Botanical Gardens in Wisconsin, Dr Robert Yahr a retired orthodontist. This cultivar is only available at the gardens as a fundraiser.
