Hosta 'Elf Arrows'

Registered by Randy Goodwin of Indiana in 2020, this fast growing, miniature size (4 inches high by 10 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium green hosta with yellow marginal variegation which turns white as the season progresses.

The leaves are lanceolate, moderately folded and slightly shiny on top. Its petioles have the same marginal coloration as the leaf blades. Pale purple, spider shaped flowers with white throats bisected with purple stripes bloom from mid-July into August on scapes 12 to 18 inches tall followed by viable seeds.

The registration materials state: "...Small to miniature clump of thin pointed medium green blades are highlighted with rippled yellow margins in the spring that turn white later...yellow margins turn white later."
