Registered by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan in 1999, this cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'Pin Stripe Sister' × H. 'Maekawa'. A medium size (17 inches high) mound of chartreuse color leaves with streaks of yellow and cream, this plant has pale purple flowers from late July into mid-August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Though many of the leaves in Ed Elslager's specimen of 'Fiesta' were beautifully streaked, others were chartreuse-centered with a white margin."
