Hosta 'Finnegan's Gold'

 

Registered by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin in 2020, this upright growing, small to medium (11 inches high by 30 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It has golden-yellow, broadly ovate foliage that is moderately cupped, slightly twisted, slightly corrugated, slightly rippled and dull on top.

Near white flowers that have translucent margins on alternate petals bloom from mid-June into July on scapes 16 to 20 inches tall. It does not set seeds.

The registration materials state: "...Cupped, twisted and corrugated gold leaves."
