This non-registered cultivar is a tetraploid sport of H. 'Designer Genes'. The leaves are yellow and have thick substance with red petioles. It is a fast growing, medium size plant which reaches a height of about 12 inches and spreads to 28 inches wide with ovate shaped leaves. The leaves are ovate, slightly wavy and have faint corrugation. Purple flowers on crimson red scapes bloom from mid-July into August.
