Hosta 'Frensham So Long'
 

 

Registered by June Colley and John Baker of England in 2020, this slow growing, very large size (29 inches high by 19 inches wide) upright cultivar is an open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Blue Angel'. The leaves are dark greenish blue-green and are slightly rippled, slightly wavy and have prominent veins with a glaucous bloom on top. Pale lavender flowers bloom from mid-July into August on scapes 36 to 45 inches tall followed by viable seeds.

The registration materials state: "...Elongated leathery leaves with long sturdy legs."
