Hosta 'Frosted Evening'
 

 

A large size (24 inches high by 37 inches wide) hosta, this cultivar is a sport of H. 'Frosted Morning' which was registered by Rod Kuenster of Iowa in 2008. It has "frosty" medium green foliage with a creamy white marginal variegation. The leaves are shiny on top, broadly ovate and moderately cupped. Pale lavender, tubular flowers bloom from July into August. It sets viable seeds.
