This cultivar of unidentified parentage which was originated by Heinz Klose of Staudengärtnerei Klose in Germany registered by Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio in 2003. A Tardiana-type of hosta, it is a medium size with intensely blue-green foliage. The leaves have thick bloom on top and bottom and exhibit a thick substance. Very pale lavender flowers bloom from late July into August.
