This medium sized (16 inches high) light green
hosta with white margin was registered by
Paul Aden in
1986. It is a sport of Hosta 'Hoopla'. The leaves are slightly
lobed at the base and are slightly corrugated. Lavender flowers
bloom in July.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis
(2009), "Though its popularity has declined since its
introduction in the 1980s, it still rates highly, even when
compared to more recent cultivars."
Sports of this
cultivar include H. 'Good as
Gold'.
