There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photos, it appears to be a small size hosta with light green foliage. Some of the leaves in the clump have extreme medial (center) variegation of creamy white which takes up 90% of the leaf. Other leaves in the clump are totally green. This non-registered cultivar was originated by John Orlando of New York.
