Originated by
Don Rawson
of Michigan, this non-registered cultivar is of
unidentified parentage. It is a large size (22 inches
high by 45 inches wide) hosta with
dark green foliage that is heavily corrugated, heavily
cupped and forms an unruly clump with thick substance.
It bears lavender flowers from July into August followed
by viable seeds. Both the petioles and flower scapes
have red coloration at the base.
