This cultivar is a tissue culture sport of H. 'Dorothy Benedict' which was registered by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan in 2004. It is a large size hosta with blue-green foliage that has yellow streaked variegation. The leaves are heavily rippled. Pale lavender flowers bloom from late June into July on scapes up to 33 inches tall.
