There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a large size hosta with corrugated, light yellow, H. 'Sieboldiana'-type foliage. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Viktoria Serafin of Glenbrook Farm in New York. 

There is also a cultivar named H. 'Goldene Crinoline' listed in the Hosta Library. From the two pictures, it would appear that 'Golden Crinoline' is a larger size plant.
