This cultivar was listed on the MyHostas Database website. Originated by Jim and Karen Schwarz of Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by Uniquely Hostas of Wisconsin), this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Hawaiian Luau'. The yellow foliage has thick substance and is narrowly elliptic and moderately wavy with a thick glaucous bloom on top. Medium lavender, tubular flowers bloom in August.
