There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. Originated by Jan van den Top of the Netherlands, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Magic Fire'.   From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small to medium size hosta with bright yellow leaves.

There is also a picture of one called H. 'Magic Fire Golden'.
