Hosta 'Green Aspen'

This self-pollinated seedling of H. 'Aspen Gold' was registered by Clarence Owens of Michigan in 1986. The large size mound grows to about 21 inches in height with a spread of around 44 inches. Its foliage begins the season as a bluish-green color changing to a dark green by fall. The leaves are moderately cupped and heavily corrugated. Near white flowers bloom in July.
