Hosta 'Hervester Flamme'
 

Registered by Martin Lokies of Germany in 2009, this cultivar is a sport of H. 'Halcyon'. It is a small size plant about 9 inches high by 25 inches wide with blue-green foliage that has white to creamy yellow medial (center) variegation. The leaves are ovate, flat and dull on top. Lavender, striped, bell shape flowers bloom from mid-July into August on scapes up to 8 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...nice center variegation, ideal as a pot plant, short scapes, flower blooming between the leaves..."
