Hosta 'Hideout'

A sport of H. 'Hidden Cove', this cultivar was registered by Dr. Lloyd (Gil) Jones of Michigan in 2006. It forms a small size (6 inches high  by 11 inches wide) plant with curly, white centered, lanceolate and twisted leaves. 'Hideout' bears pale purple flowers in July.

The Book of Little Hostas by Kathy and Michael Shadrack (2010) says: "Fairly fast growing...An ideal trough or deck box plant that will also look good at the front of a raised bed."
