Originated by Ran Lydell of Cooks Nursery and Eagle Bay Gardens in New York but registered in 2009 by Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) on his behalf, this medium size (13 inches high by 34 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. The heavily rippled foliage is medium green in color. Its flowers bloom from mid-August into September.

According to the registration materials: "...bright golden yellow in spring, medium green by mid-summer..."
