There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with green colored leaves and a creamy yellow marginal variegation. This non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Philip Lisik of Michigan. 

There is also a registered cultivar named H. 'Honey Do'.
